Madison: 2 and Sunnyvale: 0

My new apartment is a major dissapointment. Props to Madison on its property design. Even though their civil engineers may not have gone to Santa Clara, they could probably teach the people here a thing or two. Don't get me wrong, it is a nice place, but not worth what I am paying for it.

Apartment Dwelling +1 Madison; I loved the tracklighting, the walk in closet space, and the massive bathroom

Apartment surroundings +1 Madison; being near Target and the grocery store, definately a plus
