It's been a while....
I know, I know, I have become lazy with my blog entries. Life has just become so busy, but I've still had my 'I'm going to blog about this' moments. So, here they are:
1) Business dinners: First of all, let me start by saying...I love my job. I was at a business dinner with colleagues and of course, I was the youngest one at the table. No boyfriend, no family, no kids. The best part of the night was hearing about everyone else's kids and their potty training experiences. The quote of the evening: "Poo - poo goes in the potty."
2) Going to India: For the first time ever...I will be partying in Bombay! My brother and I will be spending new years at bars in Bombay. Can't wait.
3) Accents: Still not a fan.
4) Marriage: Some people in our lovely Indian community were trying to hook my brother up with a girl that I consider my little sister. Gross.
5) Getting Old: I've been spending more and more time with my grandparents. And, it finally hit me that they're not going to be around for much longer. This may be the depressing part of this post, but I have to blog about it. As a tribute to my grandfather, I actually sat at the dinner table with him and endured him chewing with his mouth open for a half an hour. (My BIGGEST pet peeve.)
6) Starbucks: Open on Thanksgiving until 5pm! Great for me, sucks for their employees. Couldn't believe it. And, they're open on Christmas too.
7) GMAT: Don't ask.
8) Turning 28 soon: Glad I'm not married, wish I was married. Depends on when you ask me.
9) Snow: Don't miss it. It has been in the 70s all week. Winter skips California.
