My Brother just Called

I am so excited right now! Can't contain myself. For those of you who may not know, my brother left for bootcamp a few months ago and we all miss him! But he just called me!!! He's doing incredibly well. He sounds in high spirits. The army is keeping him fit and he's making good friends with the guys in his platoon. He says that it's pretty crazy but it's manageable. After he graduates from bootcamp in August, he's going to go into 6 month advance training to learn how to fly helicopters!!

Thanks for everyon'e support during this crazy time. My little bro's all grown up!

GMAT Bootcamp

Okay world, I'm not antisocial - I just forgot how to add and multiply. So, in an effort to conquer the stupid world of standardized testing, I will be studying non-stop (or close to non-stop) for this stupid, stupid test. Blog entries, phone calls, and celebrity appearances may be even more scarce than usual. Worse of all, and this is the most heartbreaking part, I may not be parading the bars at night...well not as often as usual. Kids, the streets will be safer.

Please pray to the powers that be that I come out of this test alive. And of course, even if I don't hit my target score, my head will be filled with useless facts that I will never, ever, use in marketing again. (2 is the only even prime number people!!! If you actually use this specific piece of information at your current job, please comment. Thanks.)

This past week's horoscope

It was a tough work week for me, and I will stick to my personal 'Netiquette' by not discussing the details on my blog. When I read my weekly horoscope, I couldn't believe how right on and inspiring it was. Sometimes, as emotional humans, we just need some validation. No matter where it comes from...
